SRA Programs

  • Junior Competitive Rowing

The Jr. Competitive program consists of 3 distinct seasons: spring, summer, and fall.  This program is a competitive program open to youth from 7th to 12th grades.  Practices are held after school (3-5 or 5-7) in the spring and fall seasons and in the morning during the summer (7-9 or 9-12).  The Spring and Fall programs are open to all students in Saratoga as well as students from other school districts (provided their school does not have it's own scholastic team).  The summer session is open to any students entering 8th grade to college.

  • Adult Rowing

SRA offers several options for adult rowers both competitive and non-competitive, in big groups, small groups or individual. Come as often as you like to coached or uncoached sessions.  There is no age limit, and no skill requirements.

  • Adaptive Rowing

Saratoga Rowing for All.  The Adaptive program is designed to serve people with physical, intellectual, and emotional disabilities.  This program offers practice sessions 2 to 3 times a week in 5 week sessions.  Athletes ages 14 and up are eligible.
