Christopher W Chase Scholarship
The 2009 Scholarship will be available soon for Saratoga High School Seniors.

John Sutton was awarded the SRA 2008 "Christopher W Chase" Scholarship. This scholarship is given to a Saratoga Springs HS Senior who exemplifies the values that Chris Chase has always urged his rowers to strive for...good academic standing, good citizenship and community service, and a rower committed to SRA and what is best for the team.

SSRC Merit Scholarship
Saratoga Springs Rowing Club has awarded its 3rd Annual Merit Scholarship to one boy and one girl of the Saratoga Springs Rowing Association.

At the Fall 2008 Parent Meeting they announced seniors, Caitlin Shufelt and Matthew Schwartz as the recipients of the award.

This award of $1500 will help to incur any rowing costs for the year for each recipient. Eligible rowers must be in 10-12th grade, have a grade-point average of a B and submit all required documents per the application.
