Coxswain of the Year		Andrea Bambara Jr.	Saratoga HS	Andrea won the Jr. 8+ at American Schoolboys, after winning silver the 2 years previously in the Frosh 8+ (’05) and the Lightweight 8+ (’06). In addition, she is a 3 time NYS Champion, 3x Silver Medalist at Stotesbury, Gold medalist at NJ State Champs, Silver medalist at Canadian Schoolboys 3x, and 4x Section 2 Champion. Andrea has rowed the Head of the Charles twice (5^th in ’06 and 9^th in ’07) and won the Head of the Fish 4 times.	HS
The Hammer		Emily Eiffert Jr.	Pittsford	Emily is a 2x US Junior National Team member. She is also on the US Indoor National Team, where she won the European Erg Championships for Juniors. She is the “Hammer” given her amazing erg score of	HS
Sculler of the Year		Liz Barnett Sr.	Huntington HS/Sagamore		Bucknell
		Shannon Craig Jr.	Saratoga HS	Shannon is a 2x Jr. National Team member. Her accomplishments on the water include medaling 5 times at National Championship regattas (2-Gold, 1-Silver, and 2 bronze. She is a 3x NY State Champion, 4x Section 2 Champion, NJ State Champion, and medalist at Stotesbury 3 times (3-Silvers). Shannon has raced the Head of the Charles twice and won the Head of the Fish twice. Shannon is very versatile in the boat, rowing both sides, sculling, and stroke when needed.	HS
		Monique Carter Sr.	RowNY	Monique ranked 2^nd in NY with her erg score. She has been the mainstay, and a pioneer, behind the RowNY program located in NYC. Monique’s impressive academic work earned her the opportunity to attend Exeter. F	Michigan State University

		Lauren Studer Sr.	FDRoosevelt HS	In '04, finished first in Intermediate 8's and Junior 8's at the US Rowing Nationals...In '06, placed first in Junior 8's at the US Rowing Nationals...Selected to attend the Junior Women's Selection Camp in '06...Selected to attend the Junior Women's Development Camp ('04-'06). 		Courtney Krueger Jr.	Saratoga HS	Courtney won the Jr 8+ at American Schoolboys, after winning silver the 2 years previously in the Frosh 8+ (’05) and the Lightweight 8+ (’06). In addition, she is a 3 time NYS Champion, 3x Silver Medalist at Stotesbury, Gold medalist at NJ State Champs, Silver medalist at Canadian Schoolboys, and 4x Section 2 Champion. 		Rachael Conway Jr.	Saratoga HS	Rachael is a Silver medalists at Scholastic Nationals, and has 3 silver medals from Stotesbury. In addition, she Rachael has won NYS Champs 4 times, and the Section 2 Champs 5 times. Rachael has rowed the Head of the Charles twice (20^th & 9^th) and won the Head of the Fish twice.	HS

		Ashleigh Bell Sr.	Saratoga HS	Ashleigh is a member of the US Junior National Team, winning 2 gold medals competing at the USRA Club Nationals in ’05. She is also a 4x NYS Champion, and a 5 time Section 2 Champion. Rowed the Head of the Charles twice (22^nd & 14^th ), won the Head of the Fish 3 times.	Duke University
